AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE SECTION 8.10 (n) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES AND PAYMENT OF TAXES, ASSESSMENTS AND CLAIMS

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:   Section 8.10 (n) COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES AND PAYMENT OF TAXES, ASSESSMENTS AND CLAIMS is hereby created to read as follows:

(n) No license shall be issued under this Chapter for any premises for which taxes, assessments or other claims of the City are delinquent and unpaid or to any person delinquent in payment of such taxes, assessments or other claims to the City.  It shall be a condition of holding a license under this Chapter that the licensee comply with all ordinances of the City.

SECTION 2:  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
