Recommendation:  The License Committee met on Thursday, 4/26/07.  Minutes are attached and recommendations are being made as follows:

2.         Grant an original application for a Class “B” Beer and Class “C” Wine, with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit:

            Sun K. Phil and Ki H. Phil, for Yen-Hwa Chinese, 2345 W. Ryan Rd., #D

4.         Grant a Renewal Amusement Operator and Amusement Devices license:

            Bruce Dentice of Sam’s Amusement Company

5.         Grant a Transient Merchant license to TruGreen Chemlawn and the following salespersons:

                        Kim Cabino

                        Megan Rivera

                        Tara Collias

                        Dawn Hajduch

**         Grant an Operator’s license to:

            Kaitlyn-Marie Ashley Miller, 2815 S. 9^th Pl., Milwaukee (Applebee’s)

            Harbans Kaur, 724 E. Village Green Ct. (Smile’s)

            Joseph Ray Loppnow, 5819 County Line Rd., Caledonia (Jim Dandy’s)
