Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve in concept to Preliminary Final Draft of the non-represented employee compensation study, for implementation in fiscal year 2008.

Background:  The Common Council commissioned the firm of Carlson-Dettmann to conduct a comprehensive compensation study for non-represented Oak Creek employees.  The report is complete and is identified as the Preliminary Final Draft dated December 26, 2006. 

The Mayor and Common Council have reviewed the document and been afforded the opportunity to for input into the final product. 

Fiscal Impact:  The fiscal impact will be determined once the implementation methodology is approved by the Council for inclusion in the 2008 fiscal year budget.
