Recommendation:  That the Common Council consider a motion to award the E. Puetz Road and S. Shepard Avenue intersection reconstruction contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Payne & Dolan, Inc. (Project No. 06011)

Background:  The cost of the project was estimated at $950,000 for the proposed improvements.  The Engineering Department prepared the plans and specifications for the project and the work was advertised.  The following bids were received.

Fiscal Impact:  The City of Oak Creek had previously budgeted $950,000 for this project in the 2007 CIP budget.
