Recommendation:  That the Common Council authorizes execution of a contractual agreement with Gerber Leisure Products to furnish and install additional play units in the play structures at the Riverton Meadows Neighborhood Park at an estimated cost of $16,495. (3^rd Ald. District)

Background:  This project was approved during the 2007 budget process.  Since the project includes adding/attaching additional play units to existing play structures, the intent is to have the play units furnished and installed by the same vendor that furnished and installed the original play structures.

Fiscal Impact:  Forest Hill Neighborhood Park escrow funds and impact fees together with 2007 CIP funds provide sufficient funding for this project.
