Recommendation:  The License Committee is scheduled to meet at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3/6/07.  Preliminary recommendations are being made as follows and complete minutes with final recommendations will be issued before the 3/6/07 Council meeting:

2.         Take action on the application for an Operator’s license submitted by:

                        Lana Weber, 9198 S. Nicholson Rd. (Applebee’s)

                        Mark Allen Trandler, 6361 S. 27^th St., Franklin (Pick n’Save)

                        Kris Louise Turcotte, 5816 W. Park Hill Ave., Milwaukee (Jim Dandy’s)

3.         Grant an original Wholesale Beer license to Fat Boy Beverage Co., Jack Piotrowski, Agent, at 9770 S. 20^th St.

4.         Grant a renewal kennel license to Wendy J. Osgood, Brentwood Animal Hospital, 318 W. Ryan Rd.
