Recommendation:  That the Council move to authorize payment of the contract invoice payment for Project No. 04022, West Ryan Road reconstruction.

 

Background:  The City entered into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to pay for certain portions of the West Ryan Road reconstruction. Consultants working on capital improvement projects are paid periodically for work completed. The listed contract progress payment, as noted on the attached summary report, is for utility work completed through December 5, 2006.

 

Fiscal Impact:  The listed contract invoice payment amounts to $4,281.46, and is to be paid with CIP and/or Utility provided funding, as applicable.
