RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR RUSSElL J BEAUMONT
1901 and 1941 East Rawson Avenue
(1st Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by RUSSElL J BEAUMONT hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved, subject to conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby conditionally approved by the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until all technical corrections are made, including the placement of an easement for cross access;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until all existing structures are removed from Lot 1;
