AN ORDINANCE ADJUSTING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2441 RELATING TO POLICE/FIRE COMMISSION POSITION TITLES

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1:    Ordinance No. 2441 is hereby amended to add the salary and position title of the Battalion Chief of Operation (3) as follows:

SECTION 2:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall apply as of 1/1/08.
