Recommendation:  The License Committee did not meet prior to the 12/18/07 Council meeting.  Recommendations are being made as follows:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license to:

            Kimberle Anne K. Hessel, 335 Southtowne Dr., South Milwaukee (Jeff’s)

            Meghan S. Leonard,  2838 S. Linebarger Terr., Milwaukee (Comfort Suites)

            Stacey A. Kolvenbach, 6940 S. Timber Ridge Ln. (Saloon)

2.         Grant a kennel license to:

Deborah Lipstreuer for Puppy Playground, 8411 S. Liberty Ln.

3.         Grant a renewal adult entertainment business license for 2008, with issuance subject to payment of outstanding personal property taxes in the amount of $11.02 and a release of the hold placed by the Department of Revenue:

            WI Gift, Inc., Richard A. Rothen, doing business as Cupid’s Toys, 7070 S. 27^th St., and

Grant Manager/Employee licenses for Cupid’s Toys to the following:

            Christopher Smarella, Manager

            Mary Frances Lucier, Manager

            David J. Fazio, Manager

            Angela Davidson, Employee
