RECOMMENDATION:         That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10800-110607, designating official holidays for 2008.

BACKGROUND: Near the end of each year, the Common Council declares the official holidays for the City for the upcoming year.

FISCAL IMPACT:  None.
