A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SERVICE
AND ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak that the Service and Assessment Agreement by and between Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin, Ltd. and the City of Oak Creek be and the same is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Oak Creek.
