RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR COUNTRY CREEK HOMES, inc.
2630 E. Puetz Road and 2521 E. Sharon Drive
(3rd Aldermanic District)

WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by COUNTRY CREEK HOMES, inc. hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.      

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 2nd day of October, 2007.
