RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

FOR FR/CAL OAK CREEK, LLC
305 E. Mahn Court
(1st  Aldermanic District)

WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by FR/CAL OAK CREEK, LLC hereinafter referred to as the subdividers, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

WHEREAS, the subdividers have complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 2nd day of October 2007
