Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10790-100207 approving the certified survey map for the properties at 9160 and 9330 South Shepard Avenue.

Background:  The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District is requesting approval of a certified survey map that will combine all of the school-owned properties in the vicinity of East Middle School.  The CSM will also establish easements for an existing sanitary sewer line that runs through the property as well as a drainage easement along the creek and an easement at the north end of the property for a future watermain line. 

The Plan Commission has reviewed the certified survey map, and has recommended its approval.

Fiscal Impact:  These properties are tax exempt.
