Recommendation:  The License Committee did not meet prior to the 10/2/07 Council meeting.  Recommendations are being made as follows:

1.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            Kaylee Kattner, 9172 S. 8^th Ave.

            Amanda Marie Luke, 8170 S. Wilding Dr. (Applebee’s)

            Beth Marya Gramling, 10096H Whitnall Edge Dr., Franklin (Pick n Save)

2.         Grant the request to sell cable services through D & E Cable:

            John Ehleiter, 11400 W. Forest Home Ave., Franklin

3.         Grant the request for change of agent on their Class A Combination license:

            Aldi Store #01, 6810 S. 27^th St., from Scott Thomas to Keven Higgins, 302 E. Pine Hollow Ln.

4.         Grant the request to sell AT&T products and services, subject to favorable police record check:

            Bob Friedman, 2649 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee
