RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR SIMON KRIZAN
9878 South Nicholson Road
(5th Aldermanic District)

WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by SIMON KRIZAN hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and

WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved, subject to conditions;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby conditionally approved by the Common Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until a grading plan is approved by the Engineering Department;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until the sanitary sewer lateral serving the house on Parcel 2 is relocated;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until all technical corrections are made to the map, including the removal of a shared 60-foot driveway easement on Parcel 2;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until plans for compensating fill are approved by the Engineering Department;
