RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS
FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 9160 AND 9330 SOUTH SHEPARD AVENUE
(3rd Aldermanic District)

WHEREAS, on October 2, 2007 the City of Oak Creek Common Council conditionally approved a certified survey map submitted by the Oak Creek – Franklin School District for the properties at 9160 and 9330 South Shepard Avenue ; and

WHEREAS, as a condition of that approval the applicant was required to provide easements for public drainage, sanitary sewer and future watermain; and

WHEREAS, the easements have been prepared and are attached hereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek that the attached easements be approved and the same are hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached agreements on behalf of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek and upon the execution, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to record the same in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
