Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10795-101607 accepting easements for public drainage, sanitary sewer and future watermain for the properties at 9160 and 9330 South Shepard Avenue.

Background:  At their last meeting the Common Council conditionally approved a certified survey map for the properties owned by the Oak Creek – Franklin School District at 9160 and 9330 South Shepard Avenue.  One of the conditions of that approval was that separate easements for public drainage, sanitary sewer and public drainage be recorded.

In addition to be illustrated on the certified survey map, these easements have been prepared as separate documents for recording.

Fiscal Impact:  There is no fiscal impact.
