Recommendation:  That the Council move to approve Ordinance No. 2443, fixing the salary, benefits and allowances for the City Administrator for 2007.

Background:  The Common Council has reviewed the performance of the City Administrator and found he is meeting or exceeding pre-established standards and expectations.

Fiscal Impact:  The funding is included in the 2007 department budget for the city administrator,
