AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.0313(c)(6), 17.0314(c)(7)

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING STATE OF WISCONSIN CERTIFIED ADULT DAY CARE FACILITIES IN THE B-2, B-3, AND B-4, BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICTS

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 17.0313(c)(6) of the Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:

(6)  State of Wisconsin certified adult day care facilities

SECTION 2:    Section 17.0314(c)(7) of the Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:

(6)  State of Wisconsin certified adult day care facilities

SECTION 5:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 6:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
