Recommendation:  That the Council adopt Resolution No. 10668-090506 approving a certified survey map for the H.C. Brill Company at 7350 and 7412 S. 10th Street. Tax Key No. 764-9025-001 & 9026. 1^st District.

Background:  The H.C. Brill Company is requesting approval of a certified survey map that will consolidate the properties at 7350 and 7412 S. 10th Street.  Once combined, this property will be 13.32 acres.  These properties are being consolidated in anticipation of a significant building addition.

The Plan Commission has reviewed this request, and has recommended approval of the CSM subject to any technical corrections being completed prior to recording of the map.

Fiscal Impact:  7350 S. 10th Street has active assessments in the amount of $52,181.80 for road improvements.  7412 S. 10th Street has active assessments in the amount of $5,467.73 for driveway improvements.
