RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE H.C. BRILL COMPANY
(1st Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by the H.C. BRILL COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of August 22, 2006 has recommended that this certified survey map be approved subject to any technical corrections being made prior to recording, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 5th day of September, 2006.
