RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR RAYMAN BUSSLER, JR.
(3rd Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by RAYMAN BUSSLER, JR., hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of July 12, 2005 has recommended that this certified survey map be approved subject to (1) any technical corrections being made prior to recording, (2) that the final grading plan is approved by the City Engineer prior to recording, and (3) that the existing structure shown on the map is razed prior to recording.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this certified survey map shall not be recorded until the existing structure is removed from the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all outstanding assessments shall be paid prior to the recording of the certified survey map.
