Recommendation:  The License Committee met on 8/11/06 and minutes are attached.  A meeting was also held immediately prior to the 09/05/06 Council meeting.  The following recommendations are being made:

2.         Grant a renewal Class B Combination, with issuance subject to payment of fees:

            Hay Caramba, Inc., Ramon Sancha, Agent, for Ay Caramba, 924 E. Rawson Ave. (held 6/20/06, 7/5/06, 7/18/06, 7/31/06, and 8/15/06).

3.         Grant an Operator’s license to:

Tina Marie Kureck, 415 Southtowne Dr., #H102, South Milwaukee (Applebee’s)

Colin Keith Ziolkowski, 3560 E. Garden Pl. (Erv’s Mug)

Janine Tara Hloushek, 10775 S. Nicholson Rd. (Gary’s)

Steven Michael Jenders, Jr., 4725 Conlaine Dr, Racine (Diane’s/Classic Lanes)

Scott Thomas Zalewski, 10161 S. Nicholson Rd., (Applebee’s)

4.         Grant a Transient Merchant license and approve salespersons as follows:

            Insight Advertising Group, Milwaukee, selling wheelchair basketball coupon books, and salespersons Ian A. Schumacher and Derek D. Collins.
