AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 3.40(c)(15)(a)

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE INFLUENZA IMMUNIZATION FEE

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 3.40 (c)(15)(a) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(3) Influenza vaccine (residents):  $25.00.

(4) Influenza vaccine (non-residents):  $25.00.

SECTION 2:    All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3:    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
