RESOLUTION APPROVING VACATIONS AND PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS

AT 965 THROUGH 1239 W. VIOLET DRIVE

 

(TAX KEY NOS. 858-0018 THRU 858-0029)

 

(6th ALDERMANIC DISTRICT)

 

            WHEREAS, there are certain Owners of the properties at 965 through 1239 W. Violet Drive (Tax Key Nos. 858-0018 through 858-0029) and,

 

            WHEREAS, the City requires that the Owner of said properties at 965 through 1239 W. Violet Drive vacate certain portions of an existing public sanitary sewer easement and dedicate new public sanitary sewer easements, all to protect the existing public sanitary sewer and to centrally locate it within the public sanitary sewer easement, and,

 

            WHEREAS, the required vacations and new public sanitary sewer easements have been prepared by the Developer and executed by the respective property owners.

 

             NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek that the attached vacations and public sanitary sewer easements, are hereby dedicated, approved and accepted by the City.

 

            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached vacations and public sanitary sewer easements on behalf of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek and upon execution by the City of Oak Creek, the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to record the same in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

 

                          Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 19th day of September, 2006.

 

                          Passed and adopted this 19th day of September, 2006.
