An Ordinance amending section 2 of ordinance 2398

establishing the salary for the Community Public Health Officer

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1: Ordinance No. 2398, Section 3 is hereby amended to establish the salary of the Community Public Health Officer as follows:

Position Title	Salary as of August 28, 2006
Community Public Health Officer	$72,000

Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication, and shall be effective August 28, 2006.
