RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR KRISTINE FISCHER AND JEAN KAISER
(5th Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by KRISTINE FISCHER AND JEAN KAISER, hereinafter referred to as the subdividers, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdividers have complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of June 27, 2006 has recommended that this certified survey map be approved subject to any technical corrections being made prior to recording, and
WHEREAS the Engineering Department has determined that no public improvements are required to service this land redivision; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 18th day of July, 2006.
