Recommendation:  That the Common Council approve Resolution No.  10651-071806 accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Lester Buildings, LLC., for Project No. 06004.

Background:  This project was to supply and erect a commercial pole building at 800 West Puetz Road in Oak Creek.  The project was authorized by the Common Council as part of the Capital Improvement Program, and was awarded on January 17, 2006. Additional footings, preparation and concrete were needed.  A vented ridge/overhang was added to one side of the building.

Fiscal Impact:  Final payment of $50,546.50 is to be paid with CIP provided funding from Project #03024.
