NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Airoldi Brothers, Incorporated to amend the conditional use permit for the property at 6930 S. 6^th Street to allow inflammable gas and liquids storage in excess of 5,000 gallons as an accessory use.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for June 20, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
