AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND RECREATE

SECTION 2.46(a)(5) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO

THE POSITION OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR/PLANNER

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1 Section 2.46(a)(5) of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

SECTION 2.46 NON-UNION EMPLOYEES BELOW DEPARTMENT

MANAGER STATUS.

(a) Positions Designated.

(5)        Department of Community Development

The following positions shall be filled by appointment by the Director of Community Development from an eligible list supplied by the Civil Service Commission:

a. Assistant Director for Planning

b. Zoning Administrator/Planner

SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
