Recommendation:  That the Common Council concur with the recommendation of the Celebrations Commission and designate Sunday, October 29 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as the City’s official “Trick or Treat”.

Background:  The Celebrations Commission recommended this date and time at their meeting on 1/12/06.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
