BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the McDonald’s Corporation for a conditional use permit that would allow a drive-through restaurant in the B-4, PUD (Highway Business) zoning district for the properties at 9441 and 9471 S. 13th Street.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 16, 2006 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
