The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Guardian Credit Union for a conditional use permit that would allow a drive-through bank in the B-2, Community Business zoning district for the properties at 7801 & 7821 S. Howell Avenue.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 16, 2006 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
