Recommendation:  To concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and authorize the temporary parking along the east side of S. 6^th Street at 7616 S. 6^th Street during building construction.

Background:  The request was discussed at the Traffic and Safety Commission meeting on May 10, 2006.  This request was discussed to provide parking for employees of Foran Spice during building construction.  The temporary parking will be on the street while they rough grade and gravel an area on site for parking.
