OFFICIAL NOTICE
BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by William Knapp to rezone the property at 7466 South Howell Avenue from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to B-4 (Highway Business)/M-1 (Manufacturing) PUD (Planned Unit Development).
The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for May 16, 2006 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
Any person(s) with questions regarding the proposed change may call the Department of Community Development at (414) 768-6527, during regular business hours.
