RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR ATOUT REAL ESTATE, LLC

(6th Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by ATOUT REAL ESTATE, LLC hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that this certified survey map be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
