Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10624-040306, commendation to Deborah L. Schier, retiring Community Public Health Administrator.

Background:  Debbie Schier will be retiring on 4/24/06 and it is appropriate that a resolution of commendation be adopted by the Council.
