BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request by Puppy Playground, LLC for a conditional use permit for an animal boarding kennel for a portion of the property at 8411 S. Liberty Lane.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for April 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
