Recommendation:  The License Committee met on Thursday, 3/30/06.  Complete minutes are attached and recommendations are being as follows:

2.         Hold the renewal application for mobile home park license until the owner can attend a License Committee meeting:

            5^th Avenue Mobile Home Park, 8481 S. 5^th Ave.

3.         Grant an original Class “B” Beer license:

            Double “D” Adventures, III, LLC, David A. Doss, Agent, for Wing Stop Restaurant, 8907 S. Howell Ave., #100, with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit and payment of fees

5.         Grant renewal landfill licenses to the following:

            a.         C. W. Purpero, 813 W. College Ave.

            b.         Apple Tower Development, 8400, 8380, 8432 and 8352 S. 27^th St.

            c.         Herman and Elizabeth Kopplin, 6931 S. Howell Ave.
