Recommendation:  That the Common Council adopt Resolution No. 10619-041806, commendation to William H. Schaper, retiring Street Superintendent.

Background:  Bill Schaper retired as of 4/7/06 after more than 35 years of service to the City, and it is appropriate that a resolution of commendation be adopted by the Council.

Fiscal Impact:  None.
