Recommendation:  The License Committee met on 2/28/06.  Complete minutes are attached and recommendations are being made as follows:

2.         Grant an original reserve Class B Combination license:

            Genesis II Restaurant, Inc., George Dalamangas, Agent, for Genesis Restaurant, 8950 S. 27^th St., with issuance subject to payment of all fees and receipt of Wisconsin Seller’s Permit Number.

3.         Grant an original Reserve Class B Combination license:

            Lotus Restaurant, LLC, King Yee, Agent for Lotus, 9011 S. Howell Ave., with issuance subject to receipt of an occupancy permit and Wisconsin Seller’s Permit Number.

4.         Approve the appointment as successor agent:

            Duane Lee Kasiske - on the Class B Combination license issued to Oelschlaeger-Dallmann American Legion Post 434, 9327 S. Shepard Ave.

5.         Grant a renewal dog kennel license:

            Wendy Osgood for Brentwood Animal Hospital, 318 W. Ryan Rd. 

6.         Grant a renewal transient merchant license:

            Parkey’s Fish & Seafood, LLC, to sell frozen seafood at Classic Lanes, 7501 S. Howell Ave., and salespersons Sean R. Macrae and Amy Parkinson, subject to receipt of favorable police record checks.

7.         Possible action to reconsider action taken at the 2/20/06 Council meeting regarding the 2006 mobile home park license for 5^th Ave. Mobile Home Park, 8481 S. 5^th Ave. OR take no further action (see License Committee minutes).

8.         Grant an Operator’s license:

            *Amy E. Anderson, 2731 Durand Ave., Racine (Qdoba Mexican Grill)
