RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PARKSIDE LAND GROUP
441 & 545 W. Ryan Road
(5th Aldermanic District)
WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by PARKSIDE LAND GROUP, hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is not in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has not complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended this certified survey map not be approved by the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 7th day of March, 2006.
