RESOLUTION APPROVING A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, it appears that the certified survey map submitted by BRIAN SCHOENLEBER , hereinafter referred to as the subdivider, is in compliance with all statutory requirements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has complied with all of the applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Oak Creek.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of this certified survey map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this certified survey map, in the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is hereby approved by the Common Council.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek held this 7th day of March, 2006.
