CONGRATULATIONS TO
MATC SOUTH CAMPUS
FOR RECEIVING THE 2005
PRIDE IN PREMISES AWARD – GRAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, the Southeastern Chamber United in Business (SECUB) will be hosting their annual awards dinner on Friday, January 20, 2006; and
WHEREAS, SECUB selects a committee to compile nominations for SECUB member companies that take considerable pride in their company’s premises; and
WHEREAS, the criteria for selection of businesses that have demonstrated extra effort are in the areas of properties with eye-catching appeal, good design and layout of landscaping with attention to detail and appearance, and properties which are maintained over a period of time; and
WHEREAS, SECUB has chosen MATC South Campus to receive the 2005 Pride in Premises Award – Grand Division, for its natural setting, beautiful campus, and exceptional care of the grounds and buildings by their staff to provide a relaxing educational environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby congratulate MATC South Campus for being selected to receive the 2005 Pride in Premises Award – Grand Division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting and that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to transmit a suitable copy thereof to MATC South Campus.
