BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

 

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Heartland Development Group, Ltd. to rezone the properties at 8100, 8240, 8268 and 8300 S. 27th Street from Rs-2, Single Family Residential, Rs-3, Single Family Residential, B-4, Highway Business and A-1, Agricultural to Rm-1, Multifamily Residential PUD (Planned Unit Development).

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for February 7, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
