An Ordinance Confirming Adoption of the Settlement Agreement Between the
City of Oak Creek and the Local 133 AFSCME of the District Council #48 and
Fixing the Salary for Members of the Bargaining Unit
From January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek has adopted the Labor Agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the Local 133 AFSCME of the District Council #48 for the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008, and wishes to confirm the adoption of said agreement and fix the salary for members of the bargaining unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Oak Creek do hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: The adoption of the agreement between the City of Oak Creek and the Local 133 AFSCME of the District Council #48 for the period January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, is hereby confirmed.
Section 2: The basic salary of the members of the Local 133 AFSCME of the District Council #48 shall be as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3: All fringe benefits and longevity pay as set forth in the agreement shall inure to the benefit and shall be payable to the specified members of the bargaining unit.
Section 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5: This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and publication and shall be effective as of January 1, 2006.
