The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to rezone the properties at 7581 and 7869 S. 13th Street from I-1, Institutional and Rs-3, Single Family Residential to B-3, Office and Professional Business.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 5, 2006 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
