NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

 

PURPOSE:     The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Oak Park Apartments, Inc. to amend the legal description contained in Ordinance No. 1799, the planned unit development ordinance regulating the properties at 8720, 8739, 8767, 8873 and 8828 S. Oak Park Drive and 701 E. Puetz Road to include only the property at 701 East Puetz Road.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 5, 2006 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
